How commissions work

Non-recurring services: 20% commission on the service sale.
Recurring services: 20% of the first month’s charge only.
Product sales: 20% of the profit margin, calculated as the selling price less Alemobet’s direct product cost.
Payment: Part payments attract proportionate commission. Commission is payable one business day after the customer’s payment clears.
Lead ownership: The first valid submission recorded by Alemobet receives credit, with three months of lead protection from acceptance.
Existing customers: New opportunities introduced and brokered by a freelancer qualify for commission.
Refunds: The corresponding commission must be repaid or deducted from the freelancer’s next commission payment.
